Before joining the ICT industry, Ian was a senior consultant in corporate and political communication. . As Ian had been involved in several start up projects in the ICT recruitment business, but also regarding his well known independent spirit (and somewhat stubborn), he created with An De Jonghe in 1999 h is own Headhunting Company: ULYSSES CONSULTING. Implicated since 10 years at top level strategically recruitments Ian's has also gain a relevant experience in Talent Acquisition projects, projects he handled with success as one of his client solutions.
