As a private corporate financial counsellor, he has gained profound knowledge in merger & acquisition operations.
As a result of his consultancy experience –as certified by the Walloon region– Olivier is able to efficiently form a helicopter view of a company, while thoroughly analysing the impact of management decisions on its financial health.
